10,000 Steps® Program
Using a personal pedometer is an easy way to measure the number of steps and a great tool to motivate you in achieving those 10,000 steps every day.  A limited supply of free pedometers are available for County of LA Kaiser members who join the 10,000 Steps® Program. This program allows you to record your steps and track your progress online, because every step counts. In the morning, during your breaks, or during lunch, they all add up. So remember, the more you step, the better you feel.

Everyone burns calories differently. Get your personalized calorie count to see how many calories you burned today!
