Ever wanted to e-mail your doctor's office at two in the morning? Or order prescription refills while the casserole is baking? My health manager lets Kaiser Permanente members enjoy the ease and convenience of managing their health online.

Here are some of the ways you can take charge of your health online*:

• E-mail your doctor's office or pharmacist with routine health questions.
  
  
• View most lab test results as soon as they're available.
  
  
• Order prescription refills and have them mailed for free to your home.
  
  
• Request or cancel routine appointments.
  
  
• Review a list of your recent immunizations, allergies, and recommended screenings.
  
  
• Look up past office visit information, including recommended follow-up steps.
  
  
• Act on behalf of a family member (including e-mailing your child's doctor's office).
  
  
• Take a total health assessment and get a personalized plan to help you improve your health.
  
  
• Check your eligibility and benefits information.
  
  
• Access or request commonly used forms and order ID replacement cards.
  
  
• Explore optional services we offer in addition to your regular coverage which may include laser vision care, cosmetic services, hearing services, and more.
  
  
• Contact Member Services for help with questions about your health plan.
