February 25, 2020 Ready Set Goal
Healthy living includes motivation, health change and goal setting. After choosing a behavior you want to target – from exercise to flossing – you will learn how to strengthen you motivation and make behavior changes that stick.
Leading a healthy life begins with taking care of yourSELF. During this workshop you will focus on four ways to improve SELF care: Sleep, Exercise, Love and Food. When practiced daily these simple to follow SELF care strategies support employees improved health and wellbeing.
Increasing physical activity is one of the most important things a person can do to improve overall physical health and well-being. In this workshop participants will identify and practice strategies to fit movement into their day.
Uncontrolled stress can impact health and job performance. In this workshop, participants will identify their sources of stress, its effects on the mind and body, and how constantly activating the “fight or flight” response can lead to burnout and health problems.
Moods can affect your eating habits and your eating habits can affect your mood. In this workshop participants will learn strategies to tune into their body and mind and identify self-care practices that will bring more balance to the way they eat and their mood.
