Where telephone appointments are available, you can save yourself a trip to our medical offices and talk with your doctor by phone, email, and video visits. And if you’re not sure what kind of care you need, you can also call our advice nurses 24/7.
Manage your health online
For nonurgent questions, you can simply email your doctor’s office from your computer or the Kaiser Permanente mobile app. You’ll get a reply usually within 2 days, if not sooner. You can also email a pharmacist for questions about medications, or Member Services for questions about your benefits. We also encourage you to use our mail-order prescription refill service to save a trip to our pharmacies.
