Omada® Diabetes Prevention Program

It’s an approach shown to reduce risk factors for type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Join WW (Weight Watchers® Reimagined)

No matter what your goal is – to lose weight, eat healthier, move more, develop a more positive mindset, or all the above – WW brings you science-based solutions that fit into your life.

As a subscriber in a PEBB medical plan, you have access to no-cost participation in WW, as does your covered spouse, domestic partner, or dependent between ages 10 and 17.

You must be at least 18 years old (or, 10 – 17 years old for WW’s Kurbo program) and covered by a PEBB medical plan to participate.

  • For members who use tobacco: Participate in a tobacco cessation program or work with your physician on an individual plan.
  • For members whose health assessment indicates they are overweight (a BMI that exceeds 27, or waist circumference that exceeds 35 inches for a woman and 40 inches for a man): Participate in a weight management program or work with your physician on an individual plan.
  • Be screened in accordance with recommended U.S. Preventive Services Task Force guidelines (glucose screening, dental cleaning, mammogram, colonoscopy, etc.)
