You pay $0 copays whether you book a video visit,3 send an email to your doctor, or speak with an advice nurse by phone 24/7. If you need urgent or emergency care, you’re covered worldwide — anytime, anywhere. Plus, when traveling in the US, you can get urgent or emergency care in many states outside our service area. You’ll only pay your copay or coinsurance, with no need to file a claim.
