Take healthy steps to earn your weekly medical plan contribution discount

Welcome to your Wellness Incentive program, administered by Kaiser Permanente! You and your eligible spouse or domestic partner can each earn a $17.31 weekly discount towards your medical plan contribution by participating in the Wellness Incentive program.

Get started on your Wellness Incentive program requirements today! Be sure to sign your Wellness Program Agreement. Then, complete your key preventative health screenings: BMI, blood pressure, total cholesterol, and blood glucose.

Kaiser Permanente members enrolled prior to June 1, 2021:

If you completed the steps above by July 31, 2021, you and your eligible spouse or domestic partner can save on your medical plan contribution beginning with the first paycheck in the new benefit plan year.

If you complete the steps after July 31, 2021, you will still receive a discount. It will be added to your paycheck as soon as administratively possible.

New hires with an effective date of March 1, 2021 or later:

If you complete your wellness activities within 60 days of the effective date of your medical coverage, your medical program contribution discount will be applied retroactively to your coverage start date. If you complete the program requirements after the deadline, the discount will be added to your paycheck as soon as administratively possible. Your discount is prorated based on the date your Wellness Incentive program requirements are completed.

The Wellness Incentive runs from March 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 for your June 1, 2021 Benefit Plan Year start date, and is open to all Albertsons Companies employees and their eligible spouses or domestic partners 18 and older who are Kaiser Permanente members participating in the following regional health plans: California, Colorado and Northwest.

Workforce health programs and rewards are separate services that are not health plan benefits and may be discontinued at any time.
