Here’s how to earn your $17.31 weekly medical plan contribution discount
Visit kp.org/wa and sign on with your member ID and password.
Complete the following 4 biometric screenings:
Blood pressure
Body mass index (BMI)
Blood glucose
Total cholesterol
Kaiser Permanente members enrolled prior to June 1, 2021:
If you completed the steps above by July 31, 2021, you and your eligible spouse or domestic partner can save on your medical plan contribution beginning with the first paycheck in the new benefit plan year.
If you complete the steps after July 31, 2021, you will still receive a discount. It will be added to your paycheck as soon as administratively possible.

Please provide the following information:
A: Albertsons Companies subscribers and their spouses or domestic/civil union partners 18 and older who are enrolled in the Kaiser Permanente health plan through Albertsons Companies can participate in the program through this website. Adult dependent children are not eligible for rewards.
A: New Hire subscribers and spouses or domestic/civil union partners who complete the activities within 60 days of the effective date of their medical coverage, or by July 31, 2021, whichever is later, will save $17.31 per week on their medical program contribution, retroactively to the start of the medical coverage, through the last paycheck in the benefit plan year.
New Hire subscribers and spouses or domestic/civil union partners, who complete the activities after the deadline, will save $17.31 per week on their medical program contribution, as soon as administratively possible after the program activities are complete, through the last paycheck in the new benefit plan year.
A: KP members qualify for the program incentive by completing their key preventive health screenings: BMI, blood pressure, total cholesterol, and blood glucose.
A: To find out how to get the screenings you need at a Kaiser Permanente facility, please call your doctor’s office or the customer service number on the back of your Kaiser Permanente ID card.
A: When you complete all of your biometric screenings, we will automatically notify your plan administrator of your completion. This means you don’t have to report completing these activities.
A: Kaiser Permanente will track whether you complete the wellness activities. We will notify your health plan administrator when you have completed all of the wellness activities. This allows you to receive the wellness program rewards. Your individual results from your health screenings will not be shared with Albertsons Companies.
A: Yes. If a current health condition prevents you from taking any or all screenings, or if a screening is no longer required for your age and gender, please call Rewards Customer Service at 1-866-300-9867 or email them at RewardsCustomerService@kp.org to request a waiver for that activity. Rewards Customer Service will email or mail you a form and guidelines to complete it.
