Accept your agreement
Sign on to kp.org/engage to accept your Wellness Program Agreement.
Take your Total Health Assessment
Complete your online Total Health Assessment (THA). It’s a confidential questionnaire that takes about 20 minutes.
Get your biometric screening
Complete a biometric screening at the CobbHealth Wellness Clinic or a Kaiser Permanente medical office.
If you can’t remember your password to kp.org/engage or if you need help, please call Rewards Customer Service at, Monday-Friday, 11a.m. – 8 p.m. EST.
Please note that Cobb County will not see any personal health information if the Wellness Program Agreement is completed. No individual results or values (for example, biometric and cancer screening values) from wellness activities will be shared with employer, plan administrator or union. The results will be shared on a collective and anonymous level only.
